Weight Loss & Spiritual Healing? Huh?

child-very-excited1I’M SO EXCITED!

I just found out yesterday that I lost 12 lbs!  Wow!  That’s so awesome!

So, what’s the big deal about that, you may ask?  Well, for someone who had found themselves on a gradual and consistent upward trend when it came to weight over the course of the last number of years, suddenly loosing 12 lbs in one year, is a big deal.  And here is why it’s even a bigger deal.  I haven’t done anything to loose it!  I haven’t even tried to loose it.  What do you mean, you haven’t done anything, you may ask?  Well, I didn’t change anything in my diet.  I always felt that I was already eating healthy and I shouldn’t have to change what I ate.  The last time I actually tried loosing weight by reducing my calorie intake, I ended up gaining 10 lbs over the course of 6 month.  I quickly gave up that idea, since obviously it wasn’t working for me.

I didn’t move or exercise any more than I had for the past 3 years, feeling pretty restricted in my ability to move due to issues with my hip.  About a year ago, I had reached my highest weight ever.  I couldn’t believe how heavy I had gotten.  Their was seemingly nothing I could do about it, since nothing seemed to work.   I was so frustrated with myself that I finally followed a good friend’s advise and packed away the scale and just stopped weighing myself.  I decided to stop worrying about it since worry wasn’t making me loose weight either and I was just driving myself crazy.

Well, you must have changed something, you might say.  What did you change?  Well, thinking back, I did change something, but I did nothing one would ordinarily do in order to loose weight.  I did some spiritual healing on myself as I have done consistently for the past 8 years or so.  One day in the shower I had noticed myself thinking that I could be loosing weight and in that instant I also noticed a very slight speck of fear.  It was so insignificant that I could have easily written it off as nothing at all.  I have since then learned that these insignificant nothings are actually somethings and its worth while paying attention to them.  The second time I felt this little fear at the thought of possibly loosing weight, I decided to explore it in my subconscious mind, as I also realized that this little speck of nothing could be stopping me in my tracks every time my body started loosing weight.

And sure enough, I healed a past lifetime in which I had lost my life as a direct result of loosing weight.  Well, that could instill some fear of loosing weight into someone.  After my healing, I didn’t start weighing myself frantically.  Instead, I continued as I had before, not worrying about it.  Several months later, I gradually started spiritually healing allergies toward foods that I had noticed I had.  Prior to that I had ignored them.  My reactions were mild enough and therefore easy enough to ignore.  I decided to pay attention whenever I had a certain reaction right after I ate something and then I did a spiritual healing around that particular food causing my reaction.  Just recently I started noticing how less bloated I felt and I didn’t have as many digestive issues.  Well, it certainly helps taking that kind of stress out of one’s body.  I recently also noticed that some cloths seemed to fit more loosely, but I thought maybe I was imagining it and maybe these cloths had stretched out over time.  Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sneak onto a scale – just out of curiosity.

And, voila!  The result?  12lbs lighter than a year ago!  …without doing anything directly to loose weight!

All I really did was remove spiritual blocks or hindrances (namely unresolved experiences) that were preventing my body from functioning normally, the way it already knows how to function.  Isn’t that great!  So easy!  So natural!  No forcing anything!  Just returning the body to it’s natural state.

So, if you are having weight challenges and nothing seems to work, you might consider some spiritual healing!  Feel free to call me for a 30 min complimentary consultation at 303.638.2696!

My Personal Journey to Independence!

True Freedom really comes from within.  If you are living in fear and worry, you are not truly free.  At the same time, you are not connected with your power, and you are manifesting more of that which you are afraid of.  Your physical reality is always a reflection of your inner self.  I recently have completed a phase in my spiritual journey of liberating myself from my own enslaving beliefs and unresolved experiences.

Deep within my core I believed that the owner of property was far more powerful and valuable than the person who lacked in ownership.  What a crock, you may say!  Of course, that is not true!  Well, I knew that.  …in my head.  But your intellect is far from your spiritual knowing that comes from your experiences.  No matter what I thought, this belief was so ingrained with me, every cell in my body screamed that this was the truth.  After all, I’ve lived it.  I’ve experienced it.  ….over numerous lifetimes.  How is one simple thought to measure up against a multitude of experiences saying otherwise?

But… I was ready to heal this and as spirit would have it no other way, I was presented with just the right circumstances that would help me face this.  So over the past two years or so I’ve been dealing with landlords who would connect me with my painful truths and beliefs; that I was powerless unless I owned, that I had no rights unless I owned and that I had no value unless I owned.  Additionally, they would present me with energies of suppression and control around my home, which undoubtedly went all the way back to and beyond the time when my family escaped our home country due to the occupation of communism – all about suppression and control.  Fortunately, I had the right tools and understood, neither of which, by the way, made connecting with my old pain any less painful.  I knew that all of my beliefs, fears and feelings of powerlessness came from my unresolved experiences.  So, I proceeded to heal these unresolved experiences each time I connected with them through the circumstances as they presented themselves.  This wasn’t just one healing session that I held with my self.  These were numerous healing sessions over the course of about a year and a half.  And as a result, I recently was finally able to connect with my power and act from within my power amidst circumstances that would normally render me powerless.  And I am proud to say that I have finally won my own battle and my own independence, much evidenced by my current circumstances!

Since I don’t believe in coincidences, I can only assume that it was by divine design that all this came to a head and I won my battle just in the nick of time for Independence Day.  Never a shortage of divine sense of humor!   ….nor of the amazing orchestration on our behalf and our soul’s journey!  My utmost thanks with much gratitude to the universe, my spirit, my guides, my angels and all the people who participated in my journey!

My wish for you is that you too may win your battles and acquire your personal independence, for that is the only true freedom there is!

It’s Time to Take Our Power Back!

I’m sure a lots of you have heard about the changing energies we are experiencing.  As a contributing author, I would like to share with you a portion of my chapter titled “It’s Time to Take Our Power Back” from the book “R*eve*olution – The Return of the Divine Feminine” – compiled by Denye Robbins.  It’s comprised of 40 global women leaders who share their stories of passion, purpose, love and service.

We are coming out of an era of fear, force, control, suppression and separateness; and we are entering the era of love, flow, letting go, allowing and unification.  We are leaving the era of trusting the external: governments, systems, money, authority and television; and we are entering the era of trusting the internal: ourselves, our inner guidance systems, our spirits, our hearts and our wisdom.

May I share with you that it is not governments who govern.  It is you who governs.  It is not money that is your resource.  It is you who is your resource.  It is not laws that guide you.  It is your spirit that guides you. It is not some agency that is your authority.  It is your heart that is your authority.  It is not television but your wisdom that is the source of quality knowledge.  It is all in the power of your spirit!

If you think that nothing is what it seems, that’s because it isn’t.  We have allowed doctors to be the authority on our health, yet it is you and only you who can heal yourself.  We look to change things on the outside, yet the only place we can change things is on our inside.  We have created computers to have less paper and more time, yet we have more paper and less time.  We look to money to solve our problems and look to love as the source of all problems, yet it is love that sustains and heals us, not money.  We spent our life accumulating material possessions at the expense of foregoing valuable experiences, yet we get to take with us when we die only our experiences and none of our possessions.  We have substituted caring for being politically correct.  We have created quick fixes and more problems.  We are the country of most freedoms and yet we incarcerate the most people of all countries.  We preserve our food to last longer, yet we have shortened our health.  In a world where Twinkie has come to outlive us, we live poorly and die well; well preserved, that is.  We have created drugs to not feel, yet we hurt more.  We have created more laws and less responsibility.  We have rejected nature because of its imperfections, and with our perfect chemicals we have created imbalances that are destroying us, failing to realize that we are not above but rather a part of nature.

We keep lowering our educational standards to make ourselves look better instead of increasing our standards and teaching our youth more.  We want to change the world, and the only thing we can change is ourselves.  We start wars trying to teach peace.  We have big healthcare systems and more sick people.  We spend millions of dollars on medical research and have no cures.  We have fast means of communication, fax machines and mobile phones, and no time to talk to our kids.  We have money and no value.  We have food and no nourishment.  We have medicine and no health.  We have more jails and less functioning families.  We have more information and less sense.  Isn’t it maybe time for change?  Well, it isn’t government who is going to change things.  We are!  You and I!

So, how do we change things?  It has to start with each one of us individually.  The only thing we can change is ourselves.  Understand that we can’t fully move into the new energies of love, personal power, flow, oneness and allowing until we release the old energies we’ve been living; fear, force, control, suppression and separateness.  We carry the old energies in our unresolved experiences.  So long as we carry them in our spiritual energy, we keep creating with them.  In order to release them, we must heal and integrate our unresolved experiences.  Only then can we create something different.

The Power of Choice

Do not underestimate the power of your choice!

One way to shift your energy is to make a different choice.  Do you realize that when you make a choice, doors suddenly open for you that would not otherwise open?  In fact, the entire universe, spirit, God, your higher self, the divine, or what ever you choose to believe in, goes into overdrive to fully and completely support you in your choice.

Thus you can choose an outcome even though you may not know how to get there yet, and the right opportunities and people will start showing up.  It’s up to you to do with them what you will.

But beware not to disregard the people and situations that show up in your life, just because you don’t like them.  We have a tendency to discount things that don’t look like we think they should, because we don’t see the bigger picture.  The fact is that all the people and situations in your life are there because you drew them there.

…and remember, in any situation, and I mean any situation, you can always exercise the power of your choice!

You can choose to be a victim to your circumstances or you can choose to be powerful and realize that for whatever reason you created them!  But whatever you choose, know that you are always supported in your choice one hundred percent!

Namaste!

I am, I am

I received this beautiful poem from a Gentleman I recently met.  He told me he received it in meditation and was told that this is who he is and all of us are.  I was so touched by his poem, I thought I’d share it with you.

I am all love,

I am all light,

God is within, the little me without.

Layer by layer I let go of me,

Going within, I find who I am.

Dimly at first, but brighter I grow,

The Light from within I finally show.

I am the silence centering me.

I open myself and see the real me.

What is Abundance, Really? Part II

esi010_abundance

In Part I of my blog I concluded that abundance has nothing to do with money, as I have observed that even in the presents of a lot of money we can still experience fear of not having enough.

So, what exactly is abundance?  Where does it come from?  And how do we acquire it?

Consider for a moment that abundance is a sense of knowing with certainty that there is enough, unaccompanied by any fear or worry.  Much like how we feel about the air we breathe.  Do we worry every time we take a breath whether there will be enough air?  No.  We just breathe.  And every time we draw a breath, indeed there is enough.  Could we have the same sense of knowing about love, friends, water, food, clothing, shelter, beauty, resources, success, fun and even money?

Consider the possibility that abundance is available to us as part of our natural flow of life, much like the air we breathe.  Now consider for a moment that our spirit and the divine energy we are a part of is the source of life that nourishes us and is our timeless and limitless resource we will never run out of!  When we are connected to this life force we have access to all the abundance that already exists.  Thus our sense of knowing that there is enough comes from our connection to our life source, our spirit.

Why then do some of us not experience this sense of knowing, but rather to the contrary?  Why do some of us experience fear of not having enough or fear of running out?  Why do some of us experience lack in the midst of such abundance?

We all have experienced fear at some point or another.  Interestingly, it seems that in the moment of experiencing fear we also feel most disconnected from spirit, the very essence of life that nourishes and creates.  And when we act from fear we strangle the natural flow of life thus blocking our access to the abundance that already is.

Fear seems an effective survival mechanism in emergencies warning us of anything life threatening.  However, it doesn’t seem to serve us as well in the long run.  I’m talking about the fear we experience in the face of no immediate threat.  Where does it come from and why do we feel it?

Throughout my years of spiritual healing I have come to learn that fear comes from our unresolved past and exists in the presents of pain.  If we have previously been bitten by a dog, we now may fear dogs.  If we have previously experienced starvation, we may now be experiencing fear of not having enough to eat.  If we have previously experienced poverty, we may now be experiencing fear of not having enough resources to survive.  You get the picture.  While you are thinking about your own life experiences, consider the possibility that you may have lived more than once.

It is in the wake of our unresolved experiences we view the world through the glasses of fear and not only do we see the world as such, but we create the world as such.  Consider the possibility that we manifest our reality and we do so energetically.  Thus when we carry in our energy field unresolved experiences, we also create with them.  In other words, if we carry a fear of not having enough, our reality will reflect it by “not having enough”.  Our reality always reflects our spiritual energy because we create with it.

In conclusion, limitless abundance is available to us as part of our spiritual energy and natural flow of life.  However, unhealed pain distorts our reality and disconnects us from our natural way of being.

In “Part I” of my blog I ask the question “just how much money is enough?”  In light of our new perspective, I would like to answer that question by saying that no amount of money will ever be enough!  Not if we are attempting to suffocate our fears and worries with money!  How do I know this?  Well, lets just say I’ve attempted this for years!  Without much success, I might add.

We will never fix what’s inside of us with an external remedy.  No amount of money will substitute the power of our spiritual energy.  However, once we remedy what’s inside of us, we have a chance at seeing it reflected in our reality by actually experiencing having enough.

So, how then do we eliminate fear and worry, if all the money in the world can’t?  How do we get back to our natural state of being where we are properly connected to our life source?

In my personal experience, spiritual healing will do just that. Fear exists in the presents of pain.  I’m talking about the pain we have experienced but haven’t fully digested.  In the process of healing, as we integrate our painful experiences and transform our pain into wisdom, fear dissipates.  In the absence of fear and worry we can properly connect with our inner self, our essence, our life source and all the abundance that already exists with our natural state of being.

My wish for you then is that in your search for abundance you may find yourself and discover that you are the abundance you seek!

May you experience real abundance!

What is Abundance, really? Part I

moneu    By its own virtue abundance seems to suggest that there is enough.  I always thought having abundance meant having enough money.  But just how much money is enough?  Think about it.  How much money would you need in order to feel that you have enough?  What’s the magic number?  How much is enough?

I have met people who make six figure incomes and still don’t feel they have enough.  What about corporate America and its millions in earnings and all their greed?  Incidentally, greed comes from an attitude of scarcity.  Why then all the greed in such a sea of abundance?

Some time ago I met a life coach who was also a big believer of “The Secret”, which is all about the “Law of Attraction”.  She told me I needed to change my attitude and the way I spoke.  How do you ever expect to have abundance when talking about not having enough?  Your attitude projects scarcity.  She had a point.  In the process of building my business I tended to voice my frustrations.  We manifest what we think about, she continued, and invited me to listen to some tapes intending to help me acquire an attitude of abundance.  Ok, it made sense.  Maybe I had something to learn here, I thought, and accepted her invitation.

As I listened to the first tape, a male voice started talking about an organization that, upon my joining, would teach me all the secrets of building wealth.  I couldn’t wait!  He stressed the importance of listening to those who have walked before me.  At the same time he elaborated about the uniqueness of his organization as its main membership was composed of an elite of wealthy people.  He went on to say that generally the rich do not share their wealth building secrets.  Quite to the contrary.  They keep their secrets to themselves, hidden and protected.  No doubt he was impressing upon me the rarity of this opportunity.

How interesting, I thought.  If the rich have such abundance of wealth, why then do they need to protect their wealth building secrets?  Why not share them with the world?  Could it be that they fear there not being enough for everyone to go around?  That there is a limited sized pie and the more people partake in it the smaller the pieces for everyone?  Isn’t that in fact an attitude of scarcity and lack?  And if in deed it is important for me to listen to those who have walked before me how will these people teach me an attitude of abundance with their obvious attitude of lack?

In deed the information on the tapes proved invaluable to me, quite the lesson in abundance actually, no doubt inspired by my spirit, but probably not in the way that the life coach or the gentleman on the tape had intended.  In short, upon my listening to those tapes, I drew two conclusions.  Having a lot of money doesn’t require an attitude of abundance nor does it seem to produce one.  Ultimately I resolved that abundance has absolutely nothing to do with money!

Because even when we have a lot of money we can still feel insecure and fear not having enough.  Because no matter how much we have, there will always be the possibility of running out.

So, what then is abundance really all about?

My Thoughts on Independence Day

independence declI’ve been contemplating our recent holiday, 4th of July Independence Day and the history behind it.  Undoubtedly it has been a big holiday for the United States.  So, what exactly did we become independent from?   Apparently the 13 colonies back in 1776 were not pleased with the new system which required them to pay taxes on imports of paper, paint, lead, glass and tea.  Ah yes, the popular Boston Tea Party!  From what I can gather our independence was all about freedom from taxation, taxation without representation and freedom from governmental control.  As such in 1776 the 13 colonies declared their independence from the British government, which ultimately lead to the establishment of the United States.

In my contemplation I asked myself just how much of that freedom do we still own today while celebrating our independence?  When looking at what we are being taxed on today, the more appropriate question is “what are we not being taxed on today?”  I wonder just how many people feel properly represented by their government these days?  Just recently I was taken aback noticing how many taxes I was paying on a basic commodity such as food.  I recall a time when that wasn’t the case.  I thought to myself, I don’t remember voting for that.  What happened?   Obviously somebody had thought it was a good idea.  What’s happening to our freedom amidst all the laws, regulations and taxation we keep putting into effect?  Consider the possibility that every time we vote for a new law we give up just a little bit more of our freedom.  It doesn’t matter who voted for it.  It affects us all!

Notice for a moment how laws are being put into effect in an attempt to control someone’s behavior.  Be it a leash law for dogs or mandating the purchase of medical insurance.  Good, bad or ugly ultimately it forces someone’s behavior.  No matter whether we agree with it or not, the irony is that we don’t get more freedom by exerting control, we just get more control.  In the end, we all end up with less choices and more restrictions.

I hate to bring up the example of mandated medical insurance which has been such controversial subject amongst many.  I recently had a conversation with someone about the issue.  They were convinced that some folks who don’t purchase medical insurance go to the emergency room for free and thus drive the cost of health care up for everyone.  So, out of fear of rising costs and to control those folk’s behavior that person was for mandating medical insurance.  But consider for a moment that acting from fear just creates more of that which we are afraid.   And consider for a moment that exerting control on someone else only creates more control for ourselves.  It is based on the principle that like energy attracts like energy.

Now consider for a moment the possibility that the solution isn’t in everyone having medical insurance.  What if the solution lies in everyone using more alternative health care methods and eating healthier foods without preservatives which ultimately would render us more healthy, not needing medical insurance.   However, now because we have exerted control over all those folks who don’t buy medical insurance, we in fact have put up a road block for ourselves in creating naturally something new and different which ultimately would benefit us all in ways our minds can’t conceive of yet.   Isn’t it ultimately going to be more costly for us to pay for two systems?  The one system we are moving out of, which isn’t working for us any longer but is covered by medical insurance and the new system which is not covered by medical insurance and which we are more and more gravitating toward?  So much for keeping down the costs.  In my experience control strangles life and the natural flow.  …and when we act from fear we just create more of that which we don’t want.

So, where did our precious freedom go?  Well, it seems we’ve been giving it away – little by little.  I see more and more people unhappy with life and our government.  However, being that the British are out of the picture, whom do we declare our independence from today?   Our government?   Suppose we got rid of our government, what’s to prevent us from creating another just like it?  We have done exactly that since the declaration of our independence from Britain in 1776?   We have created the government we have today.

Well, I venture to say that if we want different results we must declare our independence from the very energies we used to create with that which we have today; energies such as fear, force and control.  When was the last time you, yes you, acted from fear?  When was the last time you attempted to force or control someone’s behavior?  …punished or threatened your child to get them to do what you wanted?  …or voted for a law forcing someone’s behavior you didn’t like?

Oh, I do believe we can change the world.  But the only way we’ll change  our world is by changing ourselves from within!

Happy Independence!

How Allergies can be affected by Spiritual Healing

An allergic reaction is nothing more than our body’s physical rejection of the “something” we are allergic to.   Usually it is a substance we come in contact with or something we ingest or something our senses pick up  in our environment.  So why is our body rejecting that something?  Simply stated our body will reject something when in our subconscious mind we perceive that something to be a threat to our survival, like pain for example.  Pain is in-congruent with our survival.  When we have experienced a painful situation that we haven’t fully digested our survival mechanism kicks in as soon as we approach a similar situation trying to prevent us from re-experiencing that pain and potentially death.  The intensity of our reaction can range anywhere from mild to severe depending on how much “charge” we carry on the pain we have experienced.

Say for example you had been burned to death on a hay stack in a past life.  As a result, in this life you are now experiencing allergies toward hay.   Spiritual healing is nothing more than the integration or digestion of past pain.  With the integration of your past pain your reaction to hay is simply eliminated.

You may view under “Testimonials” a recent testimonial from one of my clients about her allergies.

What is a Twin Flame?

A twin flame is like a soul mate except that twin flames are born as one soul split into two.  Each person is a complete and whole individual.  However, the other person is literally the other half of your soul reflected in the strong soul level bond and love.  The concept is not unlike that of physical twins except that the twinship is on a soul level.  Therefore this phenomenon is called twin souls or twin flames.  Everything is magnified by a 100 fold between twin flames; the love as well as the baggage.  Consequently when there is a lot of unresolved business between twin flames the relationship can be so intense that it makes being around each other unbearable.  Twin flames tend to feel each other from afar.  There is a certain amount of telepathy between them and hugging feels like coming home.   My understanding is that not everyone has a twin flame.  To encounter your twin flame is certainly a unique experience and a gift from God.

…but read more about this amazing phenomenon in my recently published book “Meeting My Twin Flame”, now available in print. The story is my personal account of meeting my twin flame and the profound journey it took me on.   It might just change your perception about relationships entirely!
