These are pivotal times. We are fighting a war on a spiritual level that will determine our future.

Winning this war has a promise of a life filled with beauty, love, peace, abundance, harmony, joy, and living in full expression of our true self.

The opposite of that is a life of oppression, control, restrictions, living in constant fear, ill health, poverty, no freedom of expression, with an illusion of safety.

It is important to recognize that the fight isn’t out there. It is taking place within our own selves. And that is where we must win it!

We are most vulnerable when in fear and disconnected from ourselves. Our connection to our spiritual essence is the most protection we can ever hope for from the control and ill meaning of others. It is crucial to re-establish this connection.

In my sessions I focus on integrating your unresolved pain experiences and bringing you back into wholeness. With the proper guidance your evolution will happen light years faster than trying to heal naturally.

There is nothing more important you can do right now than to invest in your own evolution.

I offer private healing sessions. I help healers heal and prime their vibration for success and I teach Quantum Healing.

Are You Noticing The Increasing Turmoil In People’s Lives?

Has your life been recently turned upside down?  Or perhaps you know someone whose life has been suddenly filled with such drama, it seems surreal?

I’ve seen people who have had decent lives suddenly lose their jobs and go homeless, or get stuck in between homes, lose everything they own, lose their children, or their long term relationships fall apart, or they suddenly are dealing with unexplained physical ailments.  I’ve seen people with a lot of indigestion and stomach issues, sudden unexplained aches and pains and autoimmune disorders.   Globally, we can also witness turmoil, for example the refugees from Syria crisis.

I, myself, have been dealing with some interesting and quite surreal drama in my family too.  As a spiritual healer, I am not immune to the spiritual shift we are undergoing.  However, I do find comfort in understanding what is happening and why, and it definitely helps having tools with which I can ease my life.

I don’t know if perhaps you might have noticed how some of the old ways of doing things are no longer working, like going to the doctor to resolve your ailments.  As part of the spiritual shift we are being more and more prompted to go within and look for resolution within ourselves.  The big push is to resolve our old karma.  This will ultimately help us move into the higher dimensions.

We are moving from the 3rd dimension of dualism (good and evil), where we have been primarily learning through the experiencing of pain, to the 5th dimension of love and oneness, where no pain exists, as is my understanding.  It makes sense.  After all, the 5th dimension is much higher in vibration and pain is a low vibration energy.  In order to accomplish this shift, the vibrations on our planet have been increasing gradually, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments.  It is this continuous increase in vibration, however, that is having a sort of flush out effect on our old unresolved pain, also referred to as our karma.   This flushing out of our old karma is manifesting itself in our daily drama, which is nothing more than the recreation of our old trauma.  In other words, we are re-living our old karma in hopes that by confronting it, we will resolve it within ourselves.  And I’m not just talking from this lifetime, but also from past lifetimes.

We have this amazing ability to disconnect from our pain.  This, incidentally, is how we create incomplete experiences we then carry around with us on our soul for sometimes many lifetimes.  Now, more than ever before, we are supported to resolve our incomplete experiences, or our karma.  We must, in order to move up in vibration.  Think, the old pain is like carrying around sacks of potatoes, heavy.  Thus in our daily situations we are being more forcefully confronted with our past pain and the issues we have yet to resolve.

So, if you find yourself experiencing extreme tiredness, fear, stress, or worry, or you find yourself in some surreal situation or with sudden physical ailments, know this: whatever discomfort you are experiencing right now, it is about resolving your karma!  Understanding this always brought me peace of mind, because I knew if I could resolve the issue energetically within myself, the situation I was facing would resolve itself.  Got to try this.  It’s like magic.

The huge comfort is in knowing that you don’t have to keep re-living your old pain.  You have a choice.  You can get some help from someone who understands spiritual healing and how to help your soul reconcile your past, especially if you yourself don’t know what you are doing.

Know that trying to resolve your karma by re-living it may take days, weeks, months, years or even lifetimes, where you may resolve your past in a matter of hours with the help of a spiritual healer.

But beware.  Not all healers are alike.  Do your research and ask your spirit for guidance to the right person who can help you in your highest good.

….and let’s move into living with ease, grace and joy!

What is Spiritual Healing & What are the Benefits?

There are so many therapies out there these days that call themselves Spiritual Healing, but most people don’t know what Spiritual Healing actually is, or the many ways they can benefit.

…click below and watch the video about Spiritual Healing and how you too can change your life for the better.

So, you are not feeling so well?

Are you experiencing bloating and indigestion?

Are you feeling tired?

sick_smiley[5]Are you feeling depressed?

Are you experiencing some fear or anxiety?

Are you feeling stressed?

Do you feel disconnected and alone?

Do you feel like you are in a brain fog?

IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO MOST OR ALL OF THE QUESTIONS, most likely you are keyed into some past unresolved experience.  The good news is that you can resolve all your symptoms through spiritual healing.

Unresolved experiences are exactly that, experiences you have not fully resolved.  You might be surprised how many of these unresolved experiences, of which you are completely unaware, you actually carry.  In a nutshell, these are experiences where you have suffered some sort of pain you haven’t fully dealt with.  The pain could have been emotional, physical or mental.  It also could have occurred in this lifetime or in another lifetime.

You may have some recollection of what happened to you in this lifetime, but you probably have no recollection of what happened to you in another lifetime.  You also might be surprised how many people I’ve seen over the years who thought they have dealt with their pain and they actually had not.

In a very simplistic explanation, this is how it works.  A situation that is somewhat similar energetically will connect youSmiley_Idea with your past unresolved experience.  This happens far below your conscious awareness.  Suddenly you may find yourself emotionally down.  It is very likely your immune system will drop too.  This can be the cause of anything from a sudden onset of a headache to you feeling depressed or falling sick.

Here is a very simple scenario which may make sense to you.  Say, for example, you have lost your daughter two years ago.  Your favored Holiday on which you spend time with her is fast approaching.  Anticipating this Holiday, you suddenly find yourself depressed and come down with a cold.  Of course, you may say.  That’s natural.  But, what if you get sick on Holidays for no apparent reason?  And what if the reason lies in a past lifetime that you don’t remember?  What if you don’t even believe that you’ve lived before?  And what if in your past lifetime your drunk father used to beat the crap out of you every time he was home for the Holidays?  By the way, it doesn’t seem to matter whether you believe it or not.  It works just the same.

Yes, I agree, these are natural reactions to the pain we’ve experienced.  But, what if you could heal that pain to such a degree that a reminder of it wouldn’t take you out each time?  …where you could remember your daughter, for example, without getting depressed or sick.  Well, it can be done.  I help people do it all the time.

Please feel free to review some client testimonials!

So, you are not feeling so well, you say?  Well, what if you and I could help you feel better through some spiritual healing?

Below are additional symptoms you could be experiencing as a result of your unresolved past:

You may be feeling stuck.

You may be struggling with an illness.

You could be having intense dreams.

You could be experiencing physical pains and aches.

You also may have visited various doctors or even alternative healthcare practitioners and they either can’t figure out what is wrong with you or nothing they are doing is helping you.

But, if I don’t have recollection of what happened to me, how can I heal it?

That is an excellent question!  This is what I specialize in, working with your subconscious and helping you uncover the answers deep within your soul.  No, I don’t hypnotize you.  I work with you in a light meditative state in which you are fully aware of everything.  However, you do have to be ready spiritually to deal with your baggage.  I can’t do it for you.  I simply guide you through the process of your own healing.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Are you ready to deal with your stuff?

So, you think you might have met your Twin Flame?

And if so, then perhaps you are wondering how to deal with the intensity?  Here is a bit of information that may help you gain some clarity.  Let’s first answer a few questions.

1004878_485959011493545_1377299262_nSo, you’ve met your match made in heaven?

You are so intensely drawn to this person, it’s almost scary?

Your heavenly match behaves in a way that is emotionally painful or upsetting to you?

The intensity between the two of you is almost too much?  You haven’t felt anything like it before?il_570xN.591630749_l1wz

Sometimes all you want to do is move to never-never-land, disconnect your phone and burn all bridges behind you?

It’s too painful to be with them and too painful to be without them?

IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO ALL THE QUESTIONS, most likely you have met your Twin Flame and have some baggage to work through.

754083-800x600-103197435xxynlw_ph1A Twin Flame is literally the other half of your soul.  You were born as one soul at one point in time and then split into two.  Each of you has become a whole separate individual.  Twin Flames love each other unconditionally.  No matter what they have been through, they will always love each other.  You will never experience this kind of love with anyone else.  Right now Twin Flames are coming together in record numbers for the purpose of healing, working out old karma and spiritual growth.

Because we are in the midst of a spiritual energetic shift and we are moving into higher dimensions, it is of utmost importance that we resolve our personal karma.  This is an integral part of the process of increasing our personal vibration, making it possible for each individual to rise into the higher dimensions.

Twin Flames mirror each other one hundred percent, thus forcing each other to deal with all their baggage.  By baggage I am referring to the unresolved painful experiences from our past.  I also call this karma.  It is this unresolved business that adds significantly to the intensity between Twin Flames.   It feels much like stabbing a knife into an old wound.  On a spiritual level the hope is that when we connect with our baggage, we will resolve it.  The natural process of resolving our karma on the physical plane may take years, even lifetimes of creating and living out the drama of our unresolved issues trying to learn our lessons.  With spiritual healing this can be accomplished in a matter of hours.

Twin Flame Pic 1 2I personally have experienced the Twin Flame phenomenon.  In 2005 I unsuspectingly met my Twin Flame.  It was such a profound experience I wrote a book about it, “Meeting My Twin Flame”.  I quickly learned that the only escape from the painful parts of the relationship was spiritual healing.  One can easily feel stuck between a rock and a hard place in a TF relationship.  While it can be excruciatingly painful to be with your Twin Flame, it can be just as painful to be apart from them.  And sometimes Twin Flames need to separate before coming back together again because of their baggage.

The best advice I ever got was from a shaman to make medicine out of it!  Thus I will tell you, focus on yourself and resolving your own baggage.  It doesn’t matter what your TF does or doesn’t do.  You don’t have any control over what they do anyway.  Your Twin Flame, like everyone else, has free will.  Keep in mind that you can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped.  I’ve come to learn that the hard way.  Also, most likely your Twin Flame is busy mirroring your baggage to you and therefore can’t move on until you heal your stuff.  However, you can do your part and heal yourself and resolve your baggage, bringing you closer to coming together with your TF in a more healthy way.  Even if you are just working on yourself, the spiritual healing will shift the relationship dynamic enough to cause your TF to change at least their responds to you.

523509_242821195820944_1142290982_nThere is a place in the gulf of Alaska where two oceans meet, but do not mix.  It is like the perfect relationship.  You meet in the middle, but you don’t lose yourself in the other.  You remain two whole and independent individuals in a healthy relationship with self and each other.  And that is the ultimate goal you want to achieve.

If any of this resonates with you, I would like to guide you through your personal spiritual healing journey that will ultimately help you achieve harmony with your Twin Flame.

This is a life changing process that will improve every aspect of your life.

If you are uncertain whether you have actually met your Twin Flame or whether spiritual healing would benefit you, you might consider a 30 min clairvoyant reading and consultation with me to gain clarity about your specific situation.

The Reality of Phantom Pain

Pain is such an interesting subject.  So many of us suffer from it.  Many of us choose to disconnect from it.  It is no wonder that the number one addiction in the United States is pain killers.  Amongst the different forms of pain, I’m interested in addressing physical pain in this particular blog.

Pain is energetically heavy and is part of our 3rd dimensional experience.  As vibrations continue to increase on our planet as part of our ascension process, you may find yourself faced with more pain more persistently than ever before, particularly by what I call phantom pain which comes from our unresolved experiences.  The reason for this is the pressing urgency for us to complete our unresolved experiences in order to raise our personal vibration to keep up with the planet’s increasing vibrations.

What I mean by phantom pain is physical pain for which there seems no apparent reason.  In other words, you may have never injured your leg and yet suddenly your leg starts hurting.  You can blame it on the weather or the way you sit or stand or sleep, however, most likely it is the result of a triggered or activated unresolved experience which contains physical pain.

Our subconscious mind records all of our physical pain, whether unconscious during a surgery or conscious during an injury.  Unresolved physical pain from past lifetimes is imprinted in our bodies when we are born.  Thus, for example, when our leg starts hurting even though we may think we never injured it, the injury may have actually occurred in a another lifetime.  We are just not aware of it.

Phantom pain is simply pain you sustained sometime in the past that was recorded by your subconscious mind and is being re-activated by touch, motion or circumstances and it is very real.  In fact, your body can’t tell the difference between pain happening right now and re-activated pain from the past.  We feel it just the same in both instances, although the re-activated pain may no longer carry the same intensity.   You may be experiencing only a very small fraction of the original pain.  Nonetheless, it hurts and can be quite uncomfortable.

Fortunately such pain can be alleviated through spiritual healing.  So, whether you have been in a severe car wreck or undergone surgery and keep re-experiencing pain in certain areas of your body long after all is healed, or you have pain show up for no apparent reason, I have healed many such pains within myself and others.

I’ll share with you one such example.  Recently a client came to me with hip pain she had been experiencing for the past 20 years.  Over the course of those years she had seen a variety of doctors, including alternative healthcare practitioners like acupuncturists and chiropractors, neither of which could find anything wrong with her hip nor were able to alleviate her pain.  She was finally told that it was probably arthritis.  In one 90 min session with me, I helped her return to a past lifetime in which the pain in her hip originated.  After the session her pain was completely gone, never to return again.  You may read her personal testimony on my website under “Testimonials”.

While it is not always possible to find resolution in just one session because quite often we carry layers of our unresolved issues, the fact that it is possible to resolve, begs the question as to whether surgeries like hip replacements are really necessary?  What if we could spiritually heal what is going on in our hips or in any other part of our body?  The other school of thought is that while we cut out a piece of ourselves, does it complete our unresolved experience, which calls for resolution on a spiritual level?  And if not resolved, will that pain then manifest in other ways or be imprinted in our next body?  Do we really get away with just cutting a piece of ourselves out?  And while trying to eliminate pain with surgery, aren’t we in fact inflicting more pain on ourselves?  …just leaving you with some food for thought.

It’s Time to Take Our Power Back!

I’m sure a lots of you have heard about the changing energies we are experiencing.  As a contributing author, I would like to share with you a portion of my chapter titled “It’s Time to Take Our Power Back” from the book “R*eve*olution – The Return of the Divine Feminine” – compiled by Denye Robbins.  It’s comprised of 40 global women leaders who share their stories of passion, purpose, love and service.

We are coming out of an era of fear, force, control, suppression and separateness; and we are entering the era of love, flow, letting go, allowing and unification.  We are leaving the era of trusting the external: governments, systems, money, authority and television; and we are entering the era of trusting the internal: ourselves, our inner guidance systems, our spirits, our hearts and our wisdom.

May I share with you that it is not governments who govern.  It is you who governs.  It is not money that is your resource.  It is you who is your resource.  It is not laws that guide you.  It is your spirit that guides you. It is not some agency that is your authority.  It is your heart that is your authority.  It is not television but your wisdom that is the source of quality knowledge.  It is all in the power of your spirit!

If you think that nothing is what it seems, that’s because it isn’t.  We have allowed doctors to be the authority on our health, yet it is you and only you who can heal yourself.  We look to change things on the outside, yet the only place we can change things is on our inside.  We have created computers to have less paper and more time, yet we have more paper and less time.  We look to money to solve our problems and look to love as the source of all problems, yet it is love that sustains and heals us, not money.  We spent our life accumulating material possessions at the expense of foregoing valuable experiences, yet we get to take with us when we die only our experiences and none of our possessions.  We have substituted caring for being politically correct.  We have created quick fixes and more problems.  We are the country of most freedoms and yet we incarcerate the most people of all countries.  We preserve our food to last longer, yet we have shortened our health.  In a world where Twinkie has come to outlive us, we live poorly and die well; well preserved, that is.  We have created drugs to not feel, yet we hurt more.  We have created more laws and less responsibility.  We have rejected nature because of its imperfections, and with our perfect chemicals we have created imbalances that are destroying us, failing to realize that we are not above but rather a part of nature.

We keep lowering our educational standards to make ourselves look better instead of increasing our standards and teaching our youth more.  We want to change the world, and the only thing we can change is ourselves.  We start wars trying to teach peace.  We have big healthcare systems and more sick people.  We spend millions of dollars on medical research and have no cures.  We have fast means of communication, fax machines and mobile phones, and no time to talk to our kids.  We have money and no value.  We have food and no nourishment.  We have medicine and no health.  We have more jails and less functioning families.  We have more information and less sense.  Isn’t it maybe time for change?  Well, it isn’t government who is going to change things.  We are!  You and I!

So, how do we change things?  It has to start with each one of us individually.  The only thing we can change is ourselves.  Understand that we can’t fully move into the new energies of love, personal power, flow, oneness and allowing until we release the old energies we’ve been living; fear, force, control, suppression and separateness.  We carry the old energies in our unresolved experiences.  So long as we carry them in our spiritual energy, we keep creating with them.  In order to release them, we must heal and integrate our unresolved experiences.  Only then can we create something different.

What is Abundance, Really? Part II

esi010_abundance

In Part I of my blog I concluded that abundance has nothing to do with money, as I have observed that even in the presents of a lot of money we can still experience fear of not having enough.

So, what exactly is abundance?  Where does it come from?  And how do we acquire it?

Consider for a moment that abundance is a sense of knowing with certainty that there is enough, unaccompanied by any fear or worry.  Much like how we feel about the air we breathe.  Do we worry every time we take a breath whether there will be enough air?  No.  We just breathe.  And every time we draw a breath, indeed there is enough.  Could we have the same sense of knowing about love, friends, water, food, clothing, shelter, beauty, resources, success, fun and even money?

Consider the possibility that abundance is available to us as part of our natural flow of life, much like the air we breathe.  Now consider for a moment that our spirit and the divine energy we are a part of is the source of life that nourishes us and is our timeless and limitless resource we will never run out of!  When we are connected to this life force we have access to all the abundance that already exists.  Thus our sense of knowing that there is enough comes from our connection to our life source, our spirit.

Why then do some of us not experience this sense of knowing, but rather to the contrary?  Why do some of us experience fear of not having enough or fear of running out?  Why do some of us experience lack in the midst of such abundance?

We all have experienced fear at some point or another.  Interestingly, it seems that in the moment of experiencing fear we also feel most disconnected from spirit, the very essence of life that nourishes and creates.  And when we act from fear we strangle the natural flow of life thus blocking our access to the abundance that already is.

Fear seems an effective survival mechanism in emergencies warning us of anything life threatening.  However, it doesn’t seem to serve us as well in the long run.  I’m talking about the fear we experience in the face of no immediate threat.  Where does it come from and why do we feel it?

Throughout my years of spiritual healing I have come to learn that fear comes from our unresolved past and exists in the presents of pain.  If we have previously been bitten by a dog, we now may fear dogs.  If we have previously experienced starvation, we may now be experiencing fear of not having enough to eat.  If we have previously experienced poverty, we may now be experiencing fear of not having enough resources to survive.  You get the picture.  While you are thinking about your own life experiences, consider the possibility that you may have lived more than once.

It is in the wake of our unresolved experiences we view the world through the glasses of fear and not only do we see the world as such, but we create the world as such.  Consider the possibility that we manifest our reality and we do so energetically.  Thus when we carry in our energy field unresolved experiences, we also create with them.  In other words, if we carry a fear of not having enough, our reality will reflect it by “not having enough”.  Our reality always reflects our spiritual energy because we create with it.

In conclusion, limitless abundance is available to us as part of our spiritual energy and natural flow of life.  However, unhealed pain distorts our reality and disconnects us from our natural way of being.

In “Part I” of my blog I ask the question “just how much money is enough?”  In light of our new perspective, I would like to answer that question by saying that no amount of money will ever be enough!  Not if we are attempting to suffocate our fears and worries with money!  How do I know this?  Well, lets just say I’ve attempted this for years!  Without much success, I might add.

We will never fix what’s inside of us with an external remedy.  No amount of money will substitute the power of our spiritual energy.  However, once we remedy what’s inside of us, we have a chance at seeing it reflected in our reality by actually experiencing having enough.

So, how then do we eliminate fear and worry, if all the money in the world can’t?  How do we get back to our natural state of being where we are properly connected to our life source?

In my personal experience, spiritual healing will do just that. Fear exists in the presents of pain.  I’m talking about the pain we have experienced but haven’t fully digested.  In the process of healing, as we integrate our painful experiences and transform our pain into wisdom, fear dissipates.  In the absence of fear and worry we can properly connect with our inner self, our essence, our life source and all the abundance that already exists with our natural state of being.

My wish for you then is that in your search for abundance you may find yourself and discover that you are the abundance you seek!

May you experience real abundance!

Namaste!
